The all new Range rover (45MPG, holy $hi7)

Only a year ago I posted on the 2012 range rover...

Stuff that!

Photos of the fourth generation Range Rover

Perhaps not quiet as beautiful on the outside as the 3rd gen? The inside on the other hand is a masterpiece!

The pinnacle of the line-up, the Range Rover Autobiography features an imposing bright chrome plated front grille, Atlas front bumper vent blades and Noble plated upper & lower door handles. The new 21 inch 10 Spoke alloy wheels are fitted as standard. To suit individual style, there’s a wide choice of exterior colours, including premium metallic paints with the choice of two new contrast roof colours and 22 additional interior colours specific to Autobiography. What's more, the full size panoramic roof creates a truly special sensation of space and light for all occupants.

The engine choices are between a 4.4 diesel, 5 litre supercharged petrol or, and new to the range (literally speaking) a 3 litre diesel hybrid!

It works by using electric motors and batteries.. clever stuff!  Explained below in the video:

Better yet, the income rate is guaranteed under the FIT scheme for 20 years!

TVs behind picture frames

A room in the house without electronics is rare thing these days, but it's also useless!  Hiding the 21st century comforts when you don't need them is a great theory but difficult in reality.  Not any more!

 Cool, eh?

Under floor wine celler

Completely forgot about this blog of mine, but I still stumble on wicked and wacky things!

... like this.

It's just a spiral staircase in the floor with wine racks around the side... simple idea but cool eh?

Like many, I have a basement below my kitchen which is why the following idea get's me excited.

These look custom made, it will probably cost a few $$ to get one built, however I'm sure with some cheap breeze blocks and a recycled spiral staircase + some basic tools it could be done on the cheap!  Hmmm.
